ZUMBA HEALTH FEST!
The Women's Day Committe of Bethel A.M.E. is hosting a community health fair in support of exercise and preventative health care. This event will allow participants to connect with community medical providers that can aid in giving the most recent health advice. The community will also be able to participate in free fitness classes and explore the various information booths on health care, exercise, nutrition and overall healthy living.
This is a fundraising event for Bethel A.M.E. Church
Cost:$10
As part of this event, Tone At Home Fitness will give a FREE
"Back Yard Boot Camp Fitness Class"
Class begins promptly at 10:00am-30 minute class
Event takes place on Saturday April 28, 2012 9:00am - -12:00pm
